When we ship outside from Japan we charge a 5% handling fee as we need to compensate for Paypal transaction fees, credit card international transaction fees, packing materials and filling out declaration forms
*Shipping costs
We will confirm the shipping costs for your order after we received it.
We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience.
Please make sure there are no mistakes in your order on the confirmation screen before placing your order.
If the product is returned to us because it was not received after purchase and you request redelivery, the cost of reshipping and any other associated fees will be borne by the customer.
Additionally, if we are unable to contact you for an extended period, the product will be disposed of. In such cases, redelivery and refunds will not be available, so please be aware of this in advance.
If the delivered product is defective, contains the wrong product, or any of the products are missing, please get in touch with our designated contact person within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We will promptly replace or otherwise deal with the defective item.

Products will be shipped in cardboard boxes. Please note that even if the shipping carton is damaged or crushed, however, the product itself is not damaged, we will not exchange the product or its package.
