How to use

Product Descriptions

In JUNGLE we basically sell 3 kinds of products:

New: Like the word said this is New not second hand.

SEALED: Sealed box condition almost like new but still second hand.

RANK A : Used item in a near mint-condition.

RANK B : Which is opened and used item for a while.

Please check descriptions before making your order.
JUNGLE Co.Ltd will not be responsible for any manufacturing defects or the descriptions which we already written.
Due to our figures almost second hand and some with old item.
The deterioration may occur at this figure, please understanding.
After you pay the shipping fee, return or refund will not be accepted.

Price Info

As you can see our items are priced in Japanese yen. We will charge your credit card in yen, and your card company will do the currency exchange for you. Your card statement will show both the original yen amount that we charged you.

If you pay with PAYPAL you just choose Yen as the payment currency.

Shopping at JUNGLE web site is just like shopping directly in Japan — you’re paying the same prices that people here in Japan are (not counting shipping and handling, of course).

INTERNATIONAL HANDLING CHARGE (5%)

When we ship outside from Japan we charge a 5% handling fee as we need to compensate for Paypal transaction fees, credit card international transaction fees, packing materials and filling out declaration forms

How to pay

PayPal

PayPal is may be the fastest and safest way to pay for purchases you make on the Internet. What’s more, if you set up a billing agreement with PayPal, you’ll only need to visit their site once in order to pay for all your current and future orders with us through your credit card or bank account.

If you don’t have a PayPal account yet, you can set one up in few minutes. If you have an account, you can set up a billing agreement to pre-authorize all your payments with us, similar to leaving a credit card on file. With a billing agreement in place, your orders will ship immediately with no further action on your part necessary when they’re ready to go! Alternately, you can indicate you want to pay for just your current order with PayPal.

Credit Card

We accept Visa cards for payment. We will send an online payment link after processing the orders, you only need to input the necessary information after click on the link.

Payments Policy

The payment is due WITHIN 5 days from the day you placed your order.

Once we know the grand total of your order including shipping and handling, we will inform you the amount via e-mail and send you an invoice with Paypal if you choose this method.

While we wait for your payment the item(s) will be put ON HOLD. After 5 days if we have not received your payment we will send you a reminder giving you 2 more days to pay for your order.

If we do not receive your payment or any contact from you within 7 days (5+2) there will not be any second reminder and your order will be canceled.

My item had been shipped so why I don’t see any charges from you on my credit card account?

Depending on your card issuer, international charges may take a few days or longer to appear on your statement, especially if you’re checking it online. What’s more, depending on the credit card companies, it may take one to two months for charges from JUNGLE to appear on your monthly statement or online account.

Can I add more items to my order?

Of course you can do it but please have in mind that our payment policy is 5 days.

Combining orders does NOT mean extending the payment deadline. We still ask you to pay for the order within 5 days from the first invoice sent. You will already have read above that after 5 days we will send you a reminder giving you 2 more days to pay for your order. If we do not receive your payment or any contact from you within 7 days (5+2) we will not send you any second reminder and that order and all of your outstanding orders will be canceled.

Please understand that we combine orders to save on shipping fee for you, and a lot of work and time go into recalculating the shipping fee and rearranging the boxes. When we please ask you to pay for the order at a certain point, please do so immediately.

Restrictions:
- All orders with products from branches other than Osaka will require 2-3 days to process.
- Other branches items and Osaka Main store items can be combined for shipment.

Shipping costs

We will confirm the shipping costs for your order after we received it.

We are 100% aware that customers want to know the shipping cost before completing their order,

and we are currently working to develop a system to accurately calculate all the possibilities. In the meantime,to get an idea of your shipping costs, please refer to the Japanese Post Office’s international shipping rates for EMS, SAL Parcel and SAL Small Packet Registered.

-SUSPENSION OF INTERNATIONAL MAIL SERVICE

-EMS is the fastest and most reliable shipping method. Shipments by EMS can be tracked online from the Japanese post office’s web site. You can check the EMS rates here.

-SAL Parcels are transported to destination countries using vacant space on aircrafts.Delivery may take longer if there is not enough space. Therefore, the standard days has a margin of about a week.Be aware that SAL shipping is unfortunately not trackable in some countries. You can check the SAL Parcel rates here.

Small Packet Air
Registered SAL Small Packet is the cheapest shipping method you can choose but please note that it has weight (maximum weight is 2 kg) and size restrictions (Length + Width + Height < 90 cm). Average delivery time is 2 – 6 weeks. There is a tracking number.

About Customs

We will always undervalue for avoid customs, If you don't want please mail to us. If your items are stolen during shipping. Compensation will also be reduced due to the undervalue of the product.

For Small packet air: Max compensation 6000yen. For EMS: Compensation will depend one what the what the value we right. For Regular air and Surface: No compensation.

Regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations

We do not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience.
If the delivered product is defective, contains the wrong product, or any of the products are missing, please get in touch with our designated contact person within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will promptly replace or otherwise deal with the defective item.
(Please note that shipping and customs duties may be charged to the customer.)
If you have any questions regarding defective or missing products,please contact JUNGLE Customer Service.

Products will be shipped in cardboard boxes.
Please note that even if the shipping carton is damaged or crushed, however, the product itself is not damaged, we will not exchange the product or its package.

About redelivery

If for any reason the product does not reach you after purchase and is returned to our company, we will proceed with either reshipping or canceling the order. The shipping cost for reshipping will be borne by you. If we are unable to contact you for an extended period after the product has been returned, we regret to inform you that the product will be disposed of. Once the product has been disposed of, we will be unable to reship or refund it.
